Hardware and software maintenance

To ensure the stability and evolution of your environmental monitoring system, iséo-Environnement SA provides corrective and preventative maintenance contracts tailored to your needs.

Whether it is an upgrade of your hardware, or an update of installed software, a team of trained engineers will ensure a rapid intervention, remotely or in person at your operation site.

As an accredited training organization, iséo-Environnement SA regularly offers training courses. In addition the users, administrators and partners are trained on the latest developments thus ensuring competence in both the configuration and the business processes of the software.

  • A schedule and description of the training courses is available in the Customer Area of our website. All training levels are covered from beginner to expert. 
  • The trainings take place in groups, either at iséo‘s premises or your premises.
  • Remote WEB trainings are also available. No travel is required, an internet browser is all that is needed to attend a live interactive training.
  • Specific and personalized trainings are also available with a program tailored to your needs.

Hosting services

Since security and backup of data are essential for our clients, iséo-Environnement SA proposes two hosting services:

  • Hosting of applications and data under a yearly contract including rental, maintenance, software updates, backups and technical assistance.
  • Failover service on a remote system to ensure continuous operation of your systems in case of failure of your local server (automatic database replication, regular scheduled operational tests.
